Social Action. Social Activities.

The Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley Young Adult Division represents the next generation of Jewish leadership. As young professionals, we have the means and the energy to affect change in our local and global Jewish communities. YAD is the source of innovation and rejuvenation that the Lehigh Valley young Jewish community needs!

Whether you’re interested in volunteering, learning more about your Jewish heritage, networking socially and professionally, or all of the above, plus more, YAD has something to offer you.

This year, YAD is a new take on an existing initiative. We hope you’ll take advantage of the opportunity to get involved on the ground floor with new programs and help develop them to the fullest potential.

  • The new young leadership development series provides the opportunity to learn about the work of Federation and how YAD fits into the Jewish philanthropy puzzle, as well as discussing relevant topics for Jews today, all while honing your leadership skills.

  • Our social events, geared towards young professionals and young families, offer connections with new and old friends.

  • Participate in hands on volunteer experiences with other young leaders within our local communities.

  • Designated Giving Circles – pool resources with a group and decide what agencies will benefit.
